Pyramid Solitaire

How to Play Pyramid Solitaire

The main objective in Pyramid Solitaire is to clear the entire pyramid of cards. You achieve this by selecting pairs of available cards that add up to a total value of 13.

Card values are straightforward: Number cards are worth their face value (Aces are 1, 2s are 2, etc.), Jacks are worth 11, and Queens are worth 12. Kings are a special case; they are worth 13 on their own and can be removed simply by clicking on them without needing a pair.

You can only select cards that are fully uncovered. To form a pair, you can match two cards from the pyramid, or one card from the pyramid with the top card of the stock pile. If you run out of moves, click the stock pile to draw a new card. You can cycle through the stock pile multiple times if needed.

A key strategy is to always consider your moves carefully. If you have a choice between two possible matches, try to make the one that will expose the most new cards, opening up more possibilities for future moves.
